Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Scope of services

SIQ Technologies provides software, AI/automation, web, e-commerce, design and bookkeeping-support services as agreed in a written proposal or statement of work for each project. Work outside that agreed scope is billed separately at the applicable hourly rate.

Payment

Projects typically require a deposit (commonly 50%) before work begins, with the remainder due on delivery or per milestones agreed in the proposal. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, set out in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (code, designs, content) created specifically for their project. SIQ retains the right to reuse general tools, frameworks and know-how developed independently of client-specific work.

Liability

Services are provided on an as-is, best-effort basis. SIQ does not guarantee specific business outcomes (traffic, sales, rankings) and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered work.

Bookkeeping & financial disclaimer

SIQ Technologies offers bookkeeping and financial support services. We are not a certified accounting firm. All bookkeeping work is done according to best practices, but SIQ does not provide tax preparation, legal, audit, or certified financial advisory services. For regulated financial advice, please consult a licensed professional. SIQ is not liable for tax or financial compliance issues.
